Ilk is a DIY accessories label, founded by designer/make Charlotte Law in 2006 as a purely experimental place to learn, play, explore and find direction.  Naturally curious and playful, this fearless approach has taken her into the world of bespoke tailoring and millinery.  This year Charlotte graduated from LCF’s prestigious Cordwainers College, and ilk emerged with fire in it’s belly.

The Modern Fold is ilk’s premier boutique collection.  Inspired by polyhedrons and named after mathematicians, the collection combines simplicity and geometric edge.  Working with high quality leathers and fabrics, Charlotte uses traditional cut edge and craft techniques.  Handmade and directional, the collection captures ilk’s ideas on a new modernity.

Based in East London, ilk is dreaming of moving to Paris.
